1. I'm still able to apply for my scholarship! Praise the Lord! It's not that dad n mum can't afford school fees and bla, but there's four of us kids, you know? and anyway, a scholarship will look good on my record:) thank you! to everyone! who allowed me to apply again! but still, it's only an application...
2. I LOST THE BEST BEST BEST JACKET IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVED THAT THING. IT KEPT ME WARM WHEN I WAS COLD. IT'S POCKETS HELD MUCH OF MY RUBBISH. YET, I LEFT IT FORGOTTEN AT CHURCH. AND THERE IS NO HOPE, NO HOPE! IN GETTING IT BACK. Really, i'm really sad about that.
3. I think the best thing about CNY is gambling. I'm not addicted to it, never! But I think it's really fun, something to do once a year. So let me explain to you my gambling experiences: Okay, on Sat, after dinner, we went to my Grandma's house. My dad gave me n my sis starting money--$2. I earned $2.50, but my sis won $8!!! heh, not fair. Anyway, yesterday, we played with Ah Mah, and I won 70 cents! haha! (ruth lost $1.30) :)hehe. it was rather infuriating though. I blackjacked twice in row, with only twenty cents, WASTED MAN!! Then of course, I had to blackjack again...with twenty cents! AHHH!!! At least in the last round, i blackjacked with forty cents. HAHA!
4. By the end of this year, I'm gonna have really strong arm muscles. At chinese, we have these groups, see. And we have this point system (yes, I know, we're 14 and we still have a point system), and the group with the least points has to do a forfeit. other groups had like 8-12 points. My group had ZERO. I repeat, ZERO. :) Anyway, I think my teacher is very fond of push ups, so yeah, we had to do ten. Which isn't very much. But ten in a day or two? Never mind. The world will just be jealous of my strong muscles:)
